Squirrelmail 1.4.20 - Nutsmail 3.5 available for download

24 hours ahead of schedule, we've finished upgrading to 1.4.20. There aren't many changes since our most recent update but please do update your base packages with the latest version from the members area of our site so that you can be fully up to date.
Squirrelmail 1.4.20 release + upgrade news

Squirrelmail has released version 1.4.20. So we are upgrading all packages to the latest version. The upgrades will be ready for download by Wed. 10th of March.
If your upgrade/support package is up-to-date you will be able to access the download from the members area. One new change to take note of is the newly introduced support for thread message view.
If you have any questions about your account or the upgrade we will be happy to hear from you.

Welcome to our new site.
Have a look around and see what's new. The upgrade is a result of our customers requesting an easier and more user friendly shopping experience. We are always happy to hear from you if you have any further suggestions. Many new and cool services have been added to our "webmail solutions" so take a look at the solutions page and see what's in it for you.
Scheduled Upgrades

Tomorrow March 2nd 2010, we will be upgrading our website to a shiny new look. Slight disruptions to your members area or the shopping cart may be affected temporarily.
We have also upgraded all packages to the latest squirrelmail 1.4.20rc2 version. All customers with valid upgrade/support licenses can download the latest version for free from your members area. Anyone needing to renew their subscription service will be able to do so tomorrow.
We are looking forward to 2010, our new website is just the first step towards many new upgrades.
2Checkout, 2CO error message

We're having a little trouble with our 2CO checkout system. It works but returns an error after the payment. We do get the payments but your download needs to be manually added because of this error. We are working on a fix and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. You can also choose the paypal option as an alternative to 2Checkout.
2010 sneak previews

2010 we will be bringing in a lot of new upgrades, services and packages which include complete email solutions. We have been preparing for many months now and are nearly ready to launch our new website along with new services which are being developed for early 2010.
A sneak preview of some of these services include:
- Full webmail servers not just a skin.
- Support for Roundcube
- Choose from either Roundcube or Squirrelmail skins
- iPhone and mobile support
- Specific Academic & University themes/skins and setup
- and a whole lot more so stay tuned.

We are happy to announce our small team of 2 is now 3. Luca will be taking care of NutsMail's support and customer service. We will be needing his help more than ever, as we move into the new year we are launching a host of new, exciting services and upgrades. Coming soon.
New Order / Customer Area

There are a lot of new changes coming to NutsMail. One change we have been working on is our customer area and shopping cart which are both integrated with each other. If anyone has bookmarked the customer area there is a new link http://store.nutsmail.com/customers/ The new customer area will is much easier to use and so is the shopping cart. Hopefully this will give you, our customers a better shopping experience and a more user friendly download area.
You will most likely experience some bugs and errors. We have tested the system but there is always that occasional one that we missed. So if you do have any trouble please use our nice new helpdesk and submit a ticket. We will get back to you asap.

In case you've received automated replies from our helpdesk, due to a glitch it re-imported mail from the past 3 years into our helpdesk, triggering replies to old messages. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we've now fixed the problem.

Feel free to browse our knowledgebase, it's still in the works but some most-common questions are answered there and we'll be adding more shortly.
